Carmen Sumpter is a Program Manager at NV Energy, where she currently manages the Residential HVAC and Home Energy Saver programs, helping deliver energy-efficiency solutions that benefit customers and utility partners. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Carmen began her career in the utility industry at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and has remained dedicated to the field. Carmen is passionate about enhancing customer experiences, advancing energy conservation initiatives, and supporting innovation within the utility industry. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two daughters and enjoys a variety of hobbies, including reading and building LEGO creations.
