Jennifer Motti

Jennifer Motti is a dedicated leader in the HVACR industry and an active member of several leadership organizations within the business community. With a passion for professional growth and industry advancement, she currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Sierra Nevada Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Association (SNARSCA). As Vice President, she contributes her expertise to support the organization’s mission of fostering education, collaboration, and excellence in the HVACR industry.

With her extensive experience in leadership, financial management, and strategic planning, Jennifer continues to be a driving force in both the HVACR sector and the local business community.  As Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Evolve Air Conditioning & Heating, she is focused on providing opportunities for anyone who wants to put in the work to achieve their career goals.

Beyond her role with SNARSCA, Jennifer has a distinguished history of leadership and community involvement. She previously held multiple Board positions with the Sierra Nevada Active 20-30 Club, serving as President, Vice President, and Treasurer. Her time with the organization was marked by a strong commitment to philanthropy, networking, and the professional development of young leaders in the region.  She is currently a member of Women in HVACR (WHVACR), LadyTitans and E3, organizations which are focused on the professional development of women in the trades.
