Leo Murrieta, seasoned entrepreneur and owner of Lions Holdings Company, Pioneer Air, and Prolific Solar. A tenure spanning over 30 years in business, holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix, Mr. Murrieta has successful owned, operated, and scaled several companies in the HVAC private sector. Mr. Murrieta flagship company, Pioneer Air is a full-service residential add-on replacement company specializing in HVAC services to the Las Vegas community.
Apart from his business achievements, Mr. Murrieta is deeply involved in the community. He currently serves as a board member of SNARSCA (Southern Nevada Air Conditioning Refrigeration Service Contractors Association), chairs the SNARSCA Education Committee, and Advisory Board Member of the College of Southern Nevada HVAC Applied Science Program. Additionally, he is a member of the National Small Business Association and Hispanics in Politics, and an active member within his local community church “The Apostolic Church of Las Vegas.” This passion of civic duty extends back to the early years of his life, when he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1993 to 2001, where he achieved the rank of Sergeant with multiple citations and decorations.
Mr. Murrieta’s values and beliefs are centered around hard work, honesty, and integrity. He believes that by treating his clients with respect and providing exceptional service has been the foundational aspect to his success and building relationships to make a positive impact on their lives. The promotion of this philosophy does not end at within his personal enterprises, Mr. Murrieta in his capacity as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Southern Nevada helps to mentor these ideals to his students. He believes these are the building blocks for students and future leaders to be successful members of society in the industry.

Mr. Murrieta devotes his heart and soul. He has been married to his supporting wife Melissa for more than twenty years, and together they have three daughters. In the world of business, he is obviously very accomplished, but in his life, his family is his world.
