Robert Young is the Sales and Service Manager for Nevada Cooler Pad / Air Filter Sales and Service since May of 2019. As the Sales and Service Manager, Mr. Young is responsible for the account management of all Air Filtration customers, the daily oversight operations of the Counter Sales Team, and the daily oversight operation of the Service Team. The service team is currently supporting Air Filter Changes in over 2000 buildings across the Valley.
Robert grew up in a military family and moved with his family from one base to another every three years and living all throughout the country and parts of the world overseas. He attended Johnson & Wales University and earned an Associates of Applied Science is Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Management. After graduating college Robert continued traveling the country working in various restaurants to grow his career as a Chef, Server, and Bartender. In 2013 Robert moved to Las Vegas where he was a Bartender and Server in several well-respected restaurants before landing in Smith & Wollensky. In 2017 Smith and Wollensky closed, and Robert entered a career change. From 2017 to 2019 Robert work at American Air Filters as a District Manager. He was responsible for establishing a market for the manufacturer and developing a local team of Service Technicians. In 2019 Robert moved to a family-based company with a primary desire to leave the corporate world and focus on advancing his career and time beyond just numbers.
Robert loves the desert and the mix of big-city life with lots of outdoor activity. He is an advent animal lover and has 2 cats and a saltwater fish tank! When he is not busy with work or chores; Robert loves gardening, woodworking, and heading out to the lake for some day boating! He also still spends a lot of time honing his culinary skills and still can make some very interesting cocktails!
